StopotS is a popular word game where you match categories, sometimes called Scattergories, "City Country River," or just Stop.
First, you’ll pick various categories to shape the gameplay—think of topics like Names, Animals, or Objects. Once chosen, a random letter appears and the round starts. Everyone races to fill each category with a word beginning with that letter. The first player to finish hits the "STOP!" button, immediately halting all others. Players then vote to decide if answers are valid. You earn 10 points for each unique accepted answer, 5 for a duplicate, and 0 for an invalid one. Rounds repeat until you reach the final round limit.
