Taiko-san Daijiro 3

This app lets you play "Taiko-san Jiro 2" TJA files on your Android device. Note that it only includes one sample song; you'll need to add your own music data to your device's storage or SD card. Without score data, the game is unplayable.

Important Note: Due to enhanced Android security, the default TJA folder used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 is no longer accessible. This app uses a separate storage location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you're upgrading from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file manager to copy or move your score files. If downloading from the internet, save the zip file to the app's designated folder. Missing genre.ini files will result in songs being categorized as "Uncategorized".

Adding Songs and Skins:

• Songs (TJA files): Place your TJA files in this directory: /Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA
• Skins: Compatible with Taiko-san Jiro 2 skins (some may not be fully supported). Taiko-san Jiro skins (not version 2) and Taiko-sanjiro 2 skins are not supported. Performance may slow depending on your device and the skin used.

Improvements from Taiko-san Daijiro 2:

• Support for 60hz and higher refresh rate displays.
• TJAPlayer3 gimmick score support (HBSCROLL, JPOSSCROLL, SUDDEN, complex scroll). Note that this differs from the HBSCROLL in Jiro and Jiro 2.
• Added poses.
• Minor bug fixes.
