Hungry Horrors is an upcoming eccentric roguelite deck-builder from UK-based Clumsy Bear Studio. This game offers a unique twist—instead of battling monsters, you cook for them to satisfy their appetites. A playable demo for Hungry Horrors has just launched on Steam.
Following its PC release, Clumsy Bear Studio plans to bring Hungry Horrors to mobile and consoles. Although an official launch date hasn't been announced, you can try the demo via Steam, Itch, or GOG. The developers have been active in community events, including showcasing the game at the London Game Festival 2025.
The Steam demo provides a solid preview of the full experience. It includes two handcrafted biomes, six hungry monsters to serve, two boss encounters, and four NPCs to interact with. You can also explore non-combat areas such as the Nook and the Trove to regroup and refine your menu.
