This comprehensive guide navigates players through the "Emergence" mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, a pivotal chapter in the campaign known for its unique gameplay.
Accessing the Security Console:
The mission begins with a dramatic elevator malfunction, leaving the player disoriented and hallucinating. After the cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs in the main hall, and use the elevator. Be prepared to fend off hallucinated zombie mannequins. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.
Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook:
Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. Eliminate more zombies. The Yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook 
from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its horde, then retrieve the Yellow card.
Acquiring the Green Card:
Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the grappling point to the left of the security desk, leading to the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: a desk in the corner, near a round table (left), on a small central table, and in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie, yielding the Green card.
Securing the Blue Card:
Grapple across from the Administration balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue card. Eliminate the spawning Mimic, a shape-shifting enemy, by shooting at objects that appear to move.
Retrieving the Red Card:
Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel behind the Mangler. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Start a timer and quickly turn all drain switches (within 25 seconds). One switch is in the starting room, another in the unlocked room, and the last requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, confront and defeat the Mangler and its zombie horde to obtain the Red card.
Defeating the Disciple:
Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Fight off any pursuing zombies. Answer the red phone, leading to a confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. Overcome this final challenge, and the mission concludes with a revealing hallucination sequence.
