A free SVG painting app: PainterSVG
PainterSVG is a W3C-standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) editor. Unlike bitmap images, SVGs use shapes, not pixels, ensuring no loss of detail when scaling. This app offers a range of features for creating and editing SVG images:
- Shape creation and editing (lines, circles, rectangles, etc.)
- Path creation and editing (straight lines, cubic and quadratic curves, with easy drag-and-drop manipulation of control points)
- Simple stroke and fill definition for all shapes and paths
- Support for single color, linear gradient, and radial gradient fills
- Easy selection, deselection, movement, resizing, and rotation of elements
- Intuitive zoom functionality
- Grouping and ungrouping of elements
- Import and export of SVG files
- Export to PNG (transparent background) or JPG (white background)
