Patch 11.1 of World of Warcraft will automatically convert remaining Bronze Celebration Tokens into Timewarped Badges. This conversion, at a rate of 1 Bronze Celebration Token to 20 Timewarped Badges, will occur upon players' first login after the patch launches.
The World of Warcraft 20th-anniversary event, concluding after 11 weeks, offered players numerous Bronze Celebration Tokens used for purchasing revamped Tier 2 sets and anniversary items. Excess tokens could be exchanged for Timewarped Badges, the currency for Timewalking events. With the event's end, Blizzard is streamlining the process for players who held onto unused tokens.
According to WoW community manager Linxy, this automatic 1:20 conversion will prevent players from having useless currency entries. While the exact release date for Patch 11.1 remains unannounced, considering the timing of other in-game events (Plunderstorm and Turbulent Timeways), February 25th is a strong possibility.
This conversion will likely happen after the second Turbulent Timeways event concludes. This seven-week event offers ample opportunities to spend Timewarped Badges, and rewards remain permanently accessible. Players are advised to log in after Patch 11.1's release to claim their converted badges.
