Apple Arcade's August update is here, and while smaller than usual, it packs a punch with three significant additions, including a Vision Pro title.
First up, and arguably the biggest, is Vampire Survivors+. This acclaimed bullet-hell game redefined the genre. While preceded by similar mobile titles like Survivor.io, Vampire Survivors+ stands out as a top contender. It launches August 1st.
Next, we have Temple Run: Legends. This iteration of the classic endless runner introduces a compelling storyline, character progression, and over 500 levels alongside the traditional endless mode. It also arrives on August 1st.
Lastly, Castle Crumble gets a major upgrade. Already an Apple Arcade favorite, this new version leverages the Apple Vision Pro for an immersive, spatially enhanced experience, bringing the physics-based destruction directly into your view.
A strong showing for Apple Arcade
This month's update, while compact, offers a high-quality selection. A BAFTA-winning bullet-hell game, a revamped endless runner, and expanded Vision Pro support make this a noteworthy release.
