With the launch of Animus Hub, Ubisoft is set to streamline access to the entire Assassin's Creed series. This new control center will debut alongside Assassin's Creed Shadows, serving as a central hub for all the franchise's titles. Just as Battlefield and Call of Duty have done, Ubisoft is adopting a similar strategy to enhance player engagement. Through Animus Hub, fans can seamlessly dive into Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Mirage, and the eagerly awaited Hexe. Not only does it offer a gateway to these games, but it also introduces special missions called Anomalies, which will be a key feature in Assassin's Creed Shadows. Completing these Anomalies will reward players with cosmetics or in-game currency, allowing them to acquire new guises and weapons.
Animus Hub will also enrich the gaming experience with additional content. Players will have the opportunity to delve into journals, notes, and other materials that delve into the modern history of Assassin's Creed. This feature promises to deepen players' understanding of the interconnected world and narratives across the franchise.
In Assassin's Creed Shadows, players will be transported to the rich tapestry of feudal Japan, immersing themselves in the world of samurai intrigue and conflict. The game is slated for release on March 20, 2025, and will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
