Netmarble has just rolled out a thrilling update for Tower of God New World, injecting new life into the collectible card RPG available on Android and iOS. This update brings a wealth of new content, including new heroes, a competitive PvP mode, and several exciting events, all set to keep players engaged until March 26th.
The star of the update is the introduction of SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo, a Yellow Element Assassin who leads the Po Bidau Army's floating ship, the Victor. Hugo thrives on the battlefield, where she believes she truly belongs. Her Luxury Shield ability enables her to deliver devastating damage to a selected target, making her an essential addition to any team composition.
Joining Hugo is SSR [Unleashed Desire] David, a Purple Element Support and one of White’s clones. Designed for survivability, David excels at removing debuffs from allies, making him a crucial strategic asset in battles.
A major addition to the game is the Coliseum Arena, a new multi-deck PvP mode where players can engage in real-time battles. The arena operates on a weekly cycle, with character bans or buffs applied based on their performance in the previous season. The inaugural season, running until March 19th, offers rewards such as Expirable Titles based on player rankings.
Alongside these updates, several limited-time events are now live, running through March 26th. The [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo Festival allows players to dive into Hugo's Emily Talk Story and claim various rewards. The Hugo Release Celebration features a range of activities including Special Summons, Check-Ins, Boost Missions, and TapTap Plus, with prizes like Suspendiums and an SSR+ Hugo up for grabs.
Don't miss out on the White Day 'Sweet Popping Candy' event, where you can collect 'Little Candy' through gameplay. These can be exchanged for SSR+ Soulstones, SSR Soulstones, and an [S] Equipment Selection Chest. Additionally, the Hugo's Luxury Festa! event offers up to 60 Gentleman Summon Tickets for completing missions.
To keep the competition fresh, new seasons for the Alliance Expedition and Revolution Room have also been introduced.
