To maximize your gains, evolve your Croconaw into Feraligatr during the event or up until March 29th at 10:00 pm local time. This evolution will teach Feraligatr the Charged Attack Hydro Cannon, a powerful move with 80 power in Trainer Battles and 90 power in Gyms and raids, making it an excellent addition to your Water-type team.
For those looking to dive deeper into the event, the Community Day Classic Special Research is available for just $2 (or the local equivalent). Completing this research will reward you with a Premium Battle Pass, Rare Candy XL, and multiple opportunities to encounter Totodile, some of which will feature a Seasonal Special Background.
Logging in during the Community Day Classic also grants you access to Timed Research, which extends for a full week. This gives you additional chances to encounter Totodile and evolve it into Feraligatr with Hydro Cannon before the deadline. Don't forget to use Pokémon Go codes to claim extra goodies!
