Gacha game enthusiasts continue monitoring the financial performance of prominent titles within the genre. The latest revenue figures for January 2025 have now been published.
Last month's major Genshin Impact update featuring the Pyro Archon - including Murakami's highly anticipated banner - generated significant player engagement. Financial reports reveal HoYoverse's flagship title doubled its earnings to $99.4 million compared to December 2024's $45.6 million.

Pokémon TCG secured second place with $64 million in revenue, while the romance-focused gacha title Love and Deepspace ($55.2 million) completed the top three.
Honkai: Star Rail experienced a revenue decline to $50.8 million, and Zenless Zone Zero saw its earnings decrease by half from $57.9 million to $26.3 million.
This revenue ranking exclusively considers mobile platform income (though some listed games also have PC versions, including HoYoverse titles). An important methodological note: "As Google Play isn't available in China, Android revenue estimates for Chinese markets are calculated using an iOS-based multiplier."
