Crafting the Staff of Ice: A Step-by-Step Guide
The Staff of Ice requires three components: the Monocle, the Head Piece, and the Staff itself. These can be obtained in any order.
1. Obtaining the Monocle:
Eliminate the first Shock Mimic encountered in the match. The Monocle will drop; interact with it to add it to your inventory.
2. Obtaining the Head Piece:
Navigate to the Neolithic Catacombs. Locate the wall with the cave painting. If the wall isn't illuminated, activate Dark Aether lanterns in the area until one is positioned near the painting. Shoot the illuminated Roman numerals on the wall in ascending order (I-X). A successful sequence triggers a lockdown. Survive the lockdown to obtain the Head Piece.
3. Obtaining the Staff Piece:
Proceed to the Tombs room. Manipulate the Dark Aether lanterns until one is near the Bull Mural (head facing left). Shoot the illuminated Roman numerals in ascending order (I-VIII). Survive the ensuing lockdown to acquire the Staff Piece.
4. Assembling the Staff of Ice:
Access the Dark Aether Nexus. Place all three components on the central structure. Defend the assembling Staff from a wave of enemies. Once assembled, the Staff of Ice is yours.
