First, locate the quest-giving NPC using the in-game map. The location is marked with an exclamation point in a blue circle. Teleporting is recommended.

Find Rosalie at the marked location.
Rosalie requests a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.
Access your hairstyle collection (usually by pressing 'C'). Select a hairstyle from the "Simple" category. The example below uses a hairstyle from the fisherman set.
Return to Rosalie and interact with her. A short cutscene will play, confirming quest completion.
