Developer Blast Zero and Red Dunes Games are commemorating the 35th anniversary of the beloved 1990s anime, Samurai Pizza Cats, with a brand-new video game: Samurai Pizza Cats: Blast From the Past. This 2D action-RPG is currently in development for all major platforms.
The game boasts the return of several original English voice actors, including Rick Jones (Cerviche), Sonja Ball (Polly Esther), Terrence Scammell (Guido Anchovy and Narrator), and Dean Hagopian (Seymour “The Big” Cheese). Gameplay will feature the ability to switch between the Samurai Pizza Cats, leveraging each character's unique skills in combat and puzzle-solving, all set within the vibrant backdrop of Little Tokyo.
