Punishing Gray Raven CN x Devil May Cry 5 Collaboration Details
Launching on May 22
Kuro Games has officially confirmed the launch of the Punishing Gray Raven (PGR) x Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) collaboration event for May 22, exclusively for the CN server. The announcement was made during a dedicated livestream held on April 27, where developers revealed key details about the upcoming event, including the integration of DMC5 characters into PGR along with a new story-driven collaboration event and exclusive gacha banners.
This collaboration was initially teased during PGR’s 5th-anniversary livestream in late 2024, where a sneak peek showcased iconic DMC5 characters Dante and Vergil joining the Punishing Gray Raven universe. The latest stream confirmed their arrival alongside further updates regarding the event structure and player rewards.
As of now, there has been no official confirmation about the event's rollout to other regions beyond CN.
Free Dante Omniframe & Limited-Time Gacha Banners
During the collaboration period, players who complete Chapter 6 of the special story event will be rewarded with a free Dante Omniframe. Meanwhile, the Vergil Omniframe will only be obtainable through the event-exclusive gacha banner.
The collab introduces four limited-time rate-up banners:
- Dante Rate-Up Banner
- Fate Dante Rate-Up Banner
- Vergil Rate-Up Banner
- Fate Vergil Rate-Up Banner
Additionally, during the event, each pull costs just 175 Black Cards, offering players a discounted rate for enhanced chances to acquire these powerful units.
Bonus Duplication System
Players pulling for either Dante or Vergil will benefit from a unique bonus system:
- The first copy pulled grants one additional duplicate automatically.
- The second copy pulled also provides an extra duplicate, both delivered via in-game mail.
- This bonus applies only to the first two pulls, after which pulls return to the standard 1:1 ratio.
Punishing Gray Raven is currently playable on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, Kuro Games announced a synchronization plan aimed at aligning global servers with the CN version by the end of 2025, ensuring all regions eventually receive the same content updates.
