Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – February 2025
This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park) from February 21st to 23rd, 2025.
Explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) featuring Unova Pokémon and shiny Deerling variants. Complete Masterwork Research for a chance to catch Shiny Meloetta! Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and more will also be available, along with shiny Pikachu wearing unique hats via Field Research.
Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses. Druddigon (Three-Star Raids) and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (One-Star Raids) will also appear with increased shiny rates.
Tickets are on sale now at a discounted price: $25 USD in Los Angeles and $630 NT in New Taipei City. Add-ons are available for extra bonuses. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8). Booths and team lounges will be available.
A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova – Global, will also occur March 1st-2nd, offering free Unova exploration for all trainers.
Pokémon GO City Safari – December 2024
Get ready for a city-wide adventure in Hong Kong and São Paulo from December 7th-8th (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time)!
Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery! Receive a special explorer hat Eevee, and evolve it into Sylveon or Jolteon (while keeping the hat!). The Eevee Explorers Expedition offers a second explorer hat Eevee.
Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild! Eggs will contain Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo. Location-specific Pokémon will also appear. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu/Eevee visors (while supplies last) will be distributed.
Tickets cost R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-ons provide extra items and increased shiny encounter chances.
