Event Details

When is the *Pokémon GO* Bug Out Event?

The Bug Out event runs from March 26th, 10 AM to March 30th, 8 PM local time. That's five days to catch all those Pokémon that would make Misty shiver! This event is also a prime opportunity for Shiny hunting, as many featured Pokémon have Shiny variants.

Featured Wild Pokémon for the *Pokémon GO* Bug Out Event

These bug-type Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild: Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, Nymble, and Cutiefly (with Shiny potential).

New Pokémon During the Bug Out Event

Two new Pokémon are joining the Pokémon GO roster: Sizzlipede and its evolution, Centiskorch (evolves from 50 Sizzlipede Candy).
