Instead, Conan the Barbarian takes center stage, launching next week for premium edition owners. Today's gameplay trailer showcases the iconic character in action.
Conan's gameplay emphasizes his brute strength. Expect powerful, high-damage attacks, though agility and speed may be less pronounced. His sword's reach could compensate for this, but matchups against characters like General Shao, Omni-Man, and Homelander will be intriguing tests of his capabilities.
While visually reminiscent of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Conan's fatality lacks the spectacular flair of some other MK1 finishers. A simple submersion in acid feels somewhat underwhelming. Nevertheless, the overall gameplay experience with Conan is likely to prove entertaining.
