Minecraft Movie Gets Exclusive Popcorn Bucket

Author : Nathan Apr 12,2025

Remember those themed popcorn buckets? Of course, you do! Well, the upcoming Minecraft movie is jumping on this popular trend with its own unique concessions novelties, available during its theatrical run. According to images shared by DiscussingFilm on X / Twitter, the Minecraft movie will feature a TNT box as its popcorn bucket, accompanied by a chicken jockey drink container. These exclusive items will be available at Cinemark theaters across the United States. As for what other theaters have in store for Minecraft fans, we'll have to wait and see.

These Minecraft-themed novelties continue a trend that began with the viral R2-D2 popcorn bucket from 2019's Rise of Skywalker. The success of that bucket inspired theater executives to embrace this fun, albeit now somewhat overdone and pricey, modern tradition. If these novelties encourage more people to enjoy the theatrical experience, then they're a win in my book.
