Marvel Snap's Legacy Season: New Captain America and More!
This month's Marvel Snap season focuses on legacy, introducing Sam Wilson as the new Captain America and shaking up gameplay. Several new characters and locations add strategic depth, while new albums offer collectors plenty of exciting rewards.
Sam Wilson, the New Captain America:
Sam Wilson's arrival introduces a new game mechanic: Cap's Shield. This indestructible shield randomly appears at the start of each match and can be moved between locations. Each time it lands in Sam Wilson's location, his power increases by +2.
New Characters:
February brings a wave of new Series 5 characters:
- Joaquín Torres: Arrives February 4th.
- Iron Patriot & Thaddeus Ross: Arriving February 11th.
- Redwing: Arrives February 18th.
- Diamondback: Arriving February 25th.
These characters will be available via the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache.
Two New Locations:
Two new locations add exciting strategic possibilities:
- Smithsonian Museum: Ongoing abilities gain +1 Power per card.
- Madripoor: The highest-cost card at this location gains +2 Power each turn.
These locations will encourage diverse deck building strategies.
