Marvel Rivals Launches Multiverse Crossover Event with Three Popular Mobile Games
Marvel Rivals, the new 6v6 hero shooter from NetEase Games and Marvel Games, is kicking off 2025 with a massive crossover event involving three other Marvel mobile titles: Marvel Snap, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and Marvel Future Fight. The collaboration launches alongside Marvel Rivals' Winter Event, running from January 3rd to January 9th, though the crossover's duration beyond the 9th hasn't been officially announced.
Launched in December 2024 and available on PC and consoles, Marvel Rivals features a roster of 33 Marvel characters battling across multiple maps. For those unfamiliar, here's a look:
Details regarding the specific crossover content remain scarce, with only a teaser image of Galacta (Galactus's daughter, the game's announcer) hinting at the epic scale of the event. However, the collaboration promises a multiversal mashup connecting the deck-building strategy of Marvel Snap, the puzzle-solving gameplay of Marvel Puzzle Quest, and the action of Marvel Future Fight, all within the Marvel Rivals universe.
Separately, Marvel Rivals also introduced Moon Knight as the Lunar General and Squirrel Girl as the Cheerful Dragoness (leading her squirrel-dragon army) on January 2nd.
