In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, a stealthy approach is sometimes preferable to all-out combat. This guide explains how to incapacitate enemies without killing them.
Knocking Out Enemies
Leaving a trail of corpses isn't always ideal. Knocking out enemies offers a less violent alternative. Here's how:
- Crouch: Press the circle button to crouch and approach an NPC from behind.
- Knockout Prompt: A "Knock Out" prompt will appear in the bottom right corner when you're close enough. Press the designated button.
- Timing is Key: A blue icon with swords will appear. Press R2 to execute the knockout.
- Second Chance: If Henry fails, a shield icon will appear. Press L2 to restrain the NPC and try again.
- Failure: Failing both attempts will likely trigger a fight.
Success depends on Henry's strength stat relative to the NPC's. These perks improve your chances:
- Tight Grip: Increases knockout success rate.
- Sandman: Increases knockout success rate.
Stealth Kills
For a more lethal stealth approach, equip a dagger. The process is similar to knocking out: sneak up from behind, and a stealth kill prompt will appear.
