Acquiring the Quest:
Silvergale's Aria is unlocked through a multi-stage questline. It's crucial to understand that this quest isn't immediately available. You must first complete the main storyline of version 1.0. Following this, update 1.1 unlocks the world quest "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" (accessible via the 'U' key and the World tab).

Completing "Fifteen Years, Echoes of Witches" opens the final node for the Wishful Aurosa set within the "Heart of Infinity" questline. Using a collected star, you then unlock "Call of Beginnings" (via the 'U' key and the Main tab).
