Feed the dragon the collected Dews of Inspiration.
As a reward, you'll receive the Paper Crane's Flight dress. Craft and wear it to complete the quest. Crafting requires readily available materials.
Return to the sculptor (available 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If you miss the time, simply wait until the next available period. Claim your reward upon mission completion.
