Unlocking the tundra requires completing the prologue.

Season 4 introduces the versatile Switch Axe weapon. Experience the best of both worlds: powerful, long-reaching strikes in Axe Mode, followed by a ferocious flurry of attacks in Sword Mode. Unlock the Switch Gauge by finishing Chapter 2's pre-season story.
Customize Your Palico:
Get ready to welcome your very own Palico companion! These helpful allies assist in gathering materials and scouting monsters. Personalize your Palico's fur color, facial features, and name. AR enthusiasts can even take their custom Palico on real-world adventures and capture memorable photos.
Boost Your Hunts with Friend Cheering:
Season 4 introduces Friend Cheering, adding a collaborative element to your hunts. Send cheers to your friends for a temporary health boost, helping them conquer challenging hunts. Note that there's a limit to the amount of health you can gain from cheers.
