The most efficient way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by purchasing it from merchants. Lluisa Melcer (Farmer's Market) and Abritt Porrya (Piaza Mez Vidarro), located in the early Emerald Stair areas, each sell up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece.
Exploration and Foraging
