Leading the IAB's efforts in Seattle is Agent Baker, a figure known for her disciplined pragmatism and relentless pursuit of permanently eliminating vampires. Dubbed "The Hen" by her loyal subordinates, Agent Baker's approach involves meticulous investigation of strange phenomena and analysis of historical data to uncover the secrets of the vampire society. Her leadership and strategic acumen make her a central figure in the IAB's operations.
The hunters of the IAB are highly organized, maintaining vigilant security both around and within their base. Confronting them solo is a daunting task, as they work in well-coordinated teams, using spotlights and staying in constant communication via portable radios. In combat, they wield thermic batons that can bypass typical defensive tactics, and deploy phosphorous grenades to flush out opponents from hiding spots.
