Pokémon GO's Adventure Week 2024 is here, bringing a wave of Rock-type and Fossil Pokémon! Get ready for a thrilling event following July's activities.
Event Details
Adventure Week runs from Friday, August 2nd, 10 am to Monday, August 12th. Prepare for increased wild encounters of Rock and Fossil Pokémon, boosted hatching rates from 7 km Eggs, and special Field Research tasks featuring these ancient creatures.
Shiny Encounters & Rare Finds
This year offers a heightened chance to catch Shiny Aerodactyl! Diglett and Bunnelby will also be more common in the wild. Keep an eye out for a surprise Aerodactyl encounter.
7 km Eggs & Field Research
7 km Eggs will hatch Cranidos, Shieldon, Tirtouga, Archen, Tyrunt, and Amaura. Completing themed Field Research tasks will also yield encounters with these Pokémon and valuable rewards, including Aerodactyl Mega Energy.
XP Bonuses
Spin PokéStops for double XP, with a massive five times XP bonus for your first daily spin! Hatching Pokémon also grants double XP during the event.

Adventure Week includes new PokéStop Showcases and Collection Challenges rewarding Stardust, Pokémon encounters, and even more Aerodactyl Mega Energy. Five-star raids featuring Moltres, Thundurus Incarnate Forme, and Xerneas are also on the schedule.
