EA Play is losing two titles in February 2025: Madden NFL 23 (February 15th) and F1 22 (February 28th). This removal from the EA Play catalog doesn't mean the games are shutting down entirely, but their availability through the subscription service will end. EA Play subscribers should play these games before their removal.
Additionally, UFC 3's online services are ceasing operation on February 17th, 2025. The game's future availability on EA Play remains uncertain, but its core online functionality will be lost.

- F1 22: February 28th, 2025
While this is disappointing, newer iterations of these franchises – Madden NFL 24, F1 23, and UFC 4 – remain accessible via EA Play. Furthermore, UFC 5 is joining the EA Play lineup on January 14th, 2025. Therefore, although some games are departing, EA Play continues to offer current titles within these popular game series.
