Location #1
Northeast of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells Resonance Nexus.
Location #2
Teleport to the northern Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells Resonance Beacon. Head west towards the "Dream Patrol: Sprawling Scarlet" challenge, climb the wall, and jump to collect the casket.

From Location #2, utilize the Wingray to reach the top of the Resounding Rise Tower.

Fly from the Resounding Rise Tower to the Twilight Rise Tower; the casket is above.

Fly from the Twilight Rise Tower towards the Command Rise Tower bridge.
