During the "Back in the Saddle" quest (following "For Whom the Bell Tolls"), you'll meet Klara and gather herbs (Marigold, Sage, and Poppy). These are easily found nearby; existing supplies in your inventory also suffice.
After delivering the herbs, avoid expressing suspicion about Nebakov Fortress; this will prematurely end the interaction. The correct answer is: “I think she’s called Klara.”
