DC: Dark Legion is a thrilling strategy game set in the DC Universe, where players assemble and command legendary heroes and villains to confront powerful enemies. Developed by KingsGroup, this mobile title merges real-time strategy with RPG features, empowering players to create formidable teams and participate in intense combat. Although the game hasn't officially launched, it has conducted several open beta tests across various regions, allowing players to experience its core mechanics firsthand. This beginner's guide breaks down these essential systems in simple language for newcomers eager to dive into the RPG upon its release. Let's get started!

Leveling Up – Every champion, no matter their rarity, can be leveled up to boost their base attributes, which include Attack, Defense, and Health. You can earn experience for your champions by using them in combat, or level them up directly using EXP potions of various rarities. Leveling increases not only a champion's individual power but also your total account Combat Power (CP).Upgrading Star Count – Each champion in DC: Dark Legion™ begins with a base star rating that determines their rarity. For instance, Legendary-tier champions start with a 5-star base rating. You can raise this star count by using shards from duplicate copies of the same champion. This method involves some luck, as you need to obtain multiple copies of a champion. It's generally a costly process and may not be ideal for free-to-play beginners, but it’s an effective way to unlock new abilities and enhance hero stats.Gearing Up – Besides leveling, you can boost your heroes' performance by equipping them with powerful gear. Early on, gear can be acquired by clearing hideouts. After unlocking the crafting feature at your base, you can start creating your own equipment. Gear items and sets come in different rarities, and higher rarity pieces feature both primary stats and additional sub-stats right from the start.
Players can also experience DC: Dark Legion™ on a larger screen using BlueStacks on their PC or Laptop, with the added control of a keyboard and mouse.
