The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a stylish newcomer: Minccino and Cinccino in fashionable attire!
When Can You Catch Costumed Minccino?
Costume Minccino and Cinccino debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These Pokémon sport chic rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. A shiny Costume Minccino was available, but a shiny Costume Cinccino was not. The event also featured costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms.
How to Obtain Costumed Minccino:
Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited to two methods:
One-Star Raids:
Costume Minccino appeared in easily soloable One-Star Raids. However, Costume Shinx and Furfrou also appeared in these raids, requiring some searching to find a Minccino raid.
Paid Timed Research:
A $5 USD (or equivalent) ticket offered guaranteed encounters with Costume Minccino, alongside XP, Stardust, and a new avatar pose.
Field Research:
While Field Research tasks offered encounters with event Pokémon, Niantic did not specify if Costume Minccino would be included, suggesting it was primarily available through the paid research.
Getting Costumed Cinccino:
To acquire a costumed Cinccino, you must evolve a costumed Minccino using 50 Minccino Candy and a Unova Stone.
