Clash of Clans is about to undergo a massive transformation, eliminating troop training times entirely! Get ready for near-instant army deployment and lightning-fast battles. However, this means it's time to use up those Training Potions and Treats—they'll be removed from in-app purchases and chest rewards soon, though you can still find them in the Trader and Gold Pass for now. Use them or lose them before they're converted to Gems at the end of the month!
While Clash of Clans remains a mobile gaming legend, its age is undeniable. Supercell acknowledges this, steadily modernizing the game. The removal of troop, spell, and siege unit training times is arguably the most significant change yet, following the removal of training costs in 2022.
This change means faster gameplay and more frequent attacks. To further enhance this, Supercell is introducing "Match Anytime," allowing attacks on a snapshot of another player's base when no real-time opponents are available. Rewards are still earned, but the defending player loses nothing in defeat. This feature is already used in Clan Wars and Legend League, but will now be standard.
