Castle Duels: Tower Defense has just dropped its highly anticipated 3.0 update, bringing the game to players worldwide after a successful soft launch in select regions in June 2024. This update is packed with exciting new features, challenges, and adventures!
What's New in Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?
One of the biggest additions is the introduction of clans! Finally, you can team up with other players, opening up a world of possibilities. Collaborate by trading units, sending rewards to your entire clan, and purchasing items from the clan store. For those who crave PvP action, practice your skills in training battles. Clan creation and joining are unlocked upon reaching Arena 2.
Another exciting addition is the Clan Tournament! Compete in teams of five, racing against other clans to complete daily quests and claim the top prize. This thrilling tournament is accessible from Arena 5.
Unit Tweaks and Name Changes
Several units have received visual updates and name changes: Raphael is now Angel, Knight of Light is Risen, and Forestlord is Woodbeard. Angel's role has been revamped from damage boosting to health restoration. Riding Hood now boasts long-range damage attacks. The Golem's ability range has been reduced to better suit its melee warrior role, while Fighter now takes on a defensive role with a new opponent-repelling ability.
Visually, several units have received makeovers, particularly as they progress through merge ranks. Units such as Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire sport fresh new looks.
