Boomerang RPG: Watch Out Dude celebrates 1 million downloads with a hilarious crossover! SuperPlanet is partnering with the wildly popular South Korean webcomic, The Sound of Your Heart, for a limited-time event.
The Sound of Your Heart, a long-running Naver Webtoon series by Jo Seok, boasts over 7 billion views and a successful Netflix adaptation. This comedic series, featuring Jo Seok, his formidable wife Aebong, his lovable father-in-law Jjaeddanyo, and his unique friend Buuk Suh (a partial flower!), is now part of the Boomerang RPG universe.
The Crossover Event:
Players embark on a quest to rescue Aebong, Jjaeddanyo, and Buuk Suh from a dungeon. Successfully clearing the dungeons adds these characters to your team. However, be prepared for the final boss: Dark Aebong, Jo Seok's furious alter-ego, whose animations are directly inspired by the webcomic.
More Exciting Additions:
The collaboration introduces a 21-Day Attendance Event offering free collab characters. Limited-edition boomerangs, including a drumstick, golf club, hairdryer, and stylus, are also available. A Token Event allows players to collect food-themed tokens (kimchi, tomato, noodles, chicken) to exchange for unique magic effects and legendary boomerangs.
