BioWare's Focus Shifts from Veilguard DLC to Mass Effect 5
Remastered Dragon Age Collection Remains a Possibility
According to Rolling Stone, BioWare has confirmed no DLC plans for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, stating the game is "complete." With the Veilguard's release, BioWare's development resources are now dedicated to the next Mass Effect title.
While specifics regarding Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed the prospect of a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He acknowledged the significant challenge posed by the proprietary game engines used in the original Dragon Age trilogy, stating, "It’s something that’s not going to be as easy as Mass Effect, but we do love the original games. Never say never."
