Battlecruisers is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a bang, as the developers at Mecha Weka unveil their most substantial update yet: the ‘Trans Edition.’ This update promises to enrich the gameplay experience with a wealth of new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
Get ready to command three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, each bringing unique capabilities to the battlefield. In addition, two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, along with two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available, enhancing strategic options for players.
Existing Cruisers receive exciting customization upgrades with three new Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler. These additions allow players to tailor their Cruisers to their preferred playstyle, making each battle more personalized.
New Skirmish options include Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding variety to the gameplay. PvP matches now feature a countdown at the start and aircraft trails that match player colors, enhancing the visual and tactical experience.
Significant balancing changes have been implemented across the board. For instance, the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate have been boosted from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health has increased from 4000 to 4200. Meanwhile, the ShipTurret’s damage has been enhanced from 40 to 60, although its range has been reduced from 19 to 16, ensuring a more balanced gameplay.
The visual enhancements are equally impressive. Battlecruisers now boasts underwater transparency, allowing players to admire the wreckage of their defeated foes. The sea's shading and the improved visuals of Cruiser and Ship deaths add a new layer of immersion to the game.
