The wildly popular deckbuilding roguelike, Balatro, is expanding its already chaotic universe with Friends of Jimbo 3, a free update featuring eight new franchises and their corresponding card art. This latest update, timed perfectly for The Game Awards (where Balatro boasts five nominations, including Game of the Year!), significantly boosts the game's customization options.
This third collaboration is the biggest yet, adding even more unpredictable elements to the already unhinged gameplay. New additions include iconic franchises such as Divinity: Original Sin 2, Don’t Starve, Enter the Gungeon, Cult of the Lamb, 1000x Resist, Potion Craft, Shovel Knight, and Warframe. With a total of 16 franchises now represented, deckbuilding in Balatro has never been more exciting.
