Choosing the right character build at the start of a game can be tricky. You might think you want to be a full-fledged wizard, only to find yourself struggling in combat. That's where respecing comes in handy. In *Avowed*, I initially went for a wizard build but quickly switched to a spellsword after facing some challenges. As you progress, you might want to respec again to optimize your character for tougher battles and achieve your ideal build.

To respec your abilities in Avowed, head to the menu and select the “Abilities” section. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find an option labeled “Reset Points.” The initial cost is 100 Copper Skeyt, which increases as you progress in the game. The initial cost is 100 Copper Skeyt, which will increase over time. Press the button, pay the cost, and you'll regain your Attribute points to reallocate as you see fit.
