Initially launched in early access in late November 2023, ARK: Survival Ascended has been receiving regular content updates, and the latest roadmap, released on January 11, promises even more to look forward to until late 2026.
The first significant update on the roadmap isn't a content addition but a crucial technical upgrade to Unreal Engine 5.5, scheduled for March 2025. This upgrade is expected to bring significant performance improvements and reintroduce support for Nvidia's frame generation, which was temporarily removed due to engine issues in the second half of 2024.
